• The AVT ProoFit is an image processing system that compares the final printed piece to the corresponding digital file. Achieving 100% control of the packaging and labels, the ProoFit provides a system to objectively and systematically detect errors from prepress to final inspection.
• The AVT PrintVision/Helios System is an automatic, quality assurance system for label printing applications that visually inspects printed labels for defects, imperfections and color variations. Particularly useful in the pharmaceutical, food/beverage and cosmetic industries, this system offers a reliable quality guarantee 100% of the time.
• Spectrophotometers and densitometers compliment our printing experience to ensure correct color matches are achieved every run.
• Stand alone QC department ensures product is checked objectively and do not use operators exclusively to approve printed jobs.
• Bar-code verification equipment.
• Approved to produce UL labels.
• ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001-2008 registered since 1997.

• Multiple annual pharmaceutical customer audit results indicate we are compliment to cGMP standards for 21 CFR Part 211 for approved vendor status.

Inspection and More Inspection

Working with state-of-the-art equipment, our inspectors and quality personnel document all steps of the work process. The inspection team gives the final stamp of approcal to all finished project. Packaging experts then ensure that the finished labels are protected for shipping. Our inspection department also offers:

• Consecutive numbering on the label liner for accountability (FDA reconciliation)
• Carton barcode labels are available for receiving and inventory ease.
