Syracuse Label & Surround Printing occupies a 41,000 square foot building including 12,400 square foot warehouse. The warehouse is an integral part of the manufacturing facility.
Our production team meets twice daily to review and update production requirements and schedules. Any change in a requested delivery time is communicated to the customer through the sales service representative
We utilize multiple presses and inspection equipment within a family of equipment to accommodate a wide variety of printing and inspecting requirements. This flexibility enables us to move jobs between presses and technologies to accommodate a highly variable workload, customer demand and maintenance schedule.
These Lean manufacturing techniques have facilitated cross training, allowing us to accommodate variability in the workload and providing support on various cell activities.
